since 1986.
Kehillath Tsion was founded by Elie Nessim, first meeting in his living room at 4249 Osler Street, in 1986. After some time, people began to catch the vision – for a congregation where Jewish people could live as Jews and honour Yeshua – the Messiah. Daniel Nessim also became very involved in those heady, early days as meetings continued at the firehouse on 70th in Marpole. The Kehillah is now almost 35 years old and continues to worship at 3833 Boundary Road.
